The 390 sq m villa has 5 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with bunk beds, five bathrooms with shower, a living room with kitchenette and a garden. It is a stone villa, finely restored and preserved in its original structure, complete with a beautiful indoor swimming pool open all year round, with hot water, hydromassage and thalasso therapy, in private use for guests. The villa is on two levels; on the lower floor there is a majestic dining room, all in stone, embellished by the presence of an old oil mill once used for the pressing of olives. Particularly welcome spaces are also the cellar enriched with local wines and spirits and the relaxation area with fireplace. Solarium terraces to relax outdoors at any time. The villa is located 10 km from the beautiful beaches of the Cilento coast characterized by bays and coves and a limpid and crystalline sea. The archaeological site of Velia is 17 km away while, 35 km away is the archaeological park of Paestum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its temples and museum.
