Second floor apartment with elevator consisting of a living area with a double sofa bed and LED TV, the kitchen equipped with a dining table, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, we also have a breakfast corner with a Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking.
Following the corridor there is the first bedroom with a double bed custom-furnished by a designer, with a large walk-in closet and a large balcony with city view.

The second bedroom is composed of two single beds, an armchair and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is composed of a large tempered glass shower box, sink, toilet and bidet. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, two rolls of toilet paper and towels of two sizes for each person as well as bathroom accessories and the 80-liter electric boiler.
To complete the apartment there is a storage room with a latest-generation washing machine, an ideal place to leave your luggage.
As a welcome gift we offer a bottle of filtered water, two rolls of paper so you don't have to go to the supermarket as soon as you arrive.

The area is served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets. The street, even being in the busiest center of the city, is very particular and this makes the apartment ideal for those looking for tranquility and at the same time fun in their vacation.

The reservation for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and want the double bed and another bed you must book for 3 people.
