Class A+++ apartment on the fourth floor with lift in a recently built building surrounded by greenery.

Composed of a living area with double sofa bed and Smart LED TV, kitchen equipped with a dining table, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge; there is also a breakfast corner with a Nespresso coffee machine and an electric kettle as well as all the utensils needed for cooking.

Following the corridor with wardrobe is the double bedroom furnished by designers, with a large wardrobe. The private terrace is equipped with an outdoor table with four chairs and a wooden design deck chair. The terrace is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room, and it is possible to enjoy a beautiful view.

The entire apartment benefits from the latest air conditioning technology, with controls in every room managed by touch screen devices. The bathroom consists of a large glass "walk-in" shower cubicle, sink, toilet and bidet. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, two rolls of toilet paper and two sized towels for each person as well as a bar of soap.

To complete the apartment there is a closet with the latest generation washing machine. As a welcome gift we offer a coffee pod per person for a tasting, a bottle of filtered water so you don't have to go to the supermarket as soon as you arrive.

The reservation for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and you want a double bed and another bed you must book for 3 people.
