Composed of a living area with a single sofa bed, Smart LED TV, air conditioning, kitchen equipped with a dining table for 4 people, induction hob, microwave and refrigerator; there is also a breakfast corner with a Nespresso coffee machine as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking.
Below is the double bedroom with a comfortable mattress, a large wardrobe and air conditioning.
​The bathroom is composed of a large glass shower, sink, toilet and bidet, as well as a washing machine. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, two rolls of toilet paper and towels of two sizes for each person as well as a bar of soap.

As a welcome gift we offer a bottle of filtered water, two rolls of toilet paper and a bar of soap so you don't have to go to the supermarket as soon as you arrive.

​The area is perfectly served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets. The street, even being in the busiest center of the city, is very particular and this makes the apartment ideal for those looking for tranquility and at the same time fun in their vacation.

The reservation for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and want the double bed and the sofa bed you must book for 3 people.
