About me
I have been practicing Ashtana yoga and massage therapy for over 4 years with senior indian and european teachers that allowed me to get a strong knowledge base and a open and active mind at the same time. 

Living and working for 2 years in india provided me with the proper guidelines to be able to practice and share What I've learned and always be receptive to any other form of knowledge that
comes his way.

Over time have worked and focused on a wide variety of Issues including pain
management, range of motion improvement, structural imbalance, recovery from injuries and stress relief.

Qualifications:
LIcensed massage therapist from ARYM Institute (Ayurvedic Yoga Massage
Therapy) in Mysore, Karnataka, India.
Certified Massage therapist from Imosha Thay yoga massage school In Mysore Karnataka, India.

Certified Ashtanga Yoga teacher from Krishnamacharr Yoga Foundation in Mysore, india.

Experience:
First massage therapist, yoga teacher and manager or very busy hostel in Mysore, India, practicing different kinds of therapies as Avurvedic Yoga massage. Traditiona Thai bodywork. Toksen massage and foot reflexology, yoga asana practice, meditation and breathing exercise on a wide variety of guests and costumers from outside. 

Massage therapist and yoga teacher of a busy gym always in Mysore, India, mostly practicing Ayurvedic Yoga massage and Toksen massage.

Providing therapies and privated yoga classes from my home studio in italy especially working on pain and stress relief and postural problems Practice and knowledge exchange with other local therapists.

Philosophy:
All my life experiences led me to decide to dedicate myself to studying and practicing healing restorative therapies and techniques that help people to relax and find a balance in a life that is too often unregulated and chaotic in order to get rid of their physical and mental problems easier and less painfully.
The reason, I have to admit is quite selfish because thenpeople who come to me to a treatment or a yoga class feel considerably better when they leave than when they arrived, this fills me with satistaction and gratitude and pushes me to the deepen my skills even more to allow me to provide an ever better service so as to make my customers feel better and better.
