Paradise Home - On the Hill!

Paradise Home is a traditional stone house in Lithakia, Zakynthos. As its name suggests it is a paradise holiday house for those who seek tranquility and peacefulness surrounded by olive filled fields and a beautiful outdoor living space with its green grass, BBQ area where quests can have their meals enjoying the sea view and the view of Marathonisi and Pelouzo island.

Paradise Home is 50 meters away from Zakynthos-Keri National Road and a private road on the side leads to the house built on Desylla’s hill. The house has got a private gate which is enlightened during the night hours.

It is 143 square meters consisting of a main floor, an attic and can accommodate up to 8 people.

The main floor has got two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a WC, a living room and a well equipped kitchen.

The first bedroom is very spacious and has got a king size bed and its balcony overlooks the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The second bedroom has got a semi double bed and a window with view to the outdoor living space.

The living room is spacious, comfortable, welcoming and full of traditional style with its fireplace. It is suitable for enjoying precious family time. It has also got a dining table where guests can have their meals enjoying the unique view from the balcony doors that lead to the balcony with its breathtaking view of the landscape. The balcony is also a perfect place to enjoy daily meals.

The house also offers a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a side door that leads to the BBQ area.

A wooden staircase in the living room leads to the attic which consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The first bedroom has got a king size bed. The second bedroom has got a single bed and a folding sofa bed.

Paradise Home is built in a very convenient location as it is close to popular tourist destinations. Porto Koukla and Agios Sostis beach with Cameo Island are a few minutes away by car. There are daily tours and boat trips to Turtle island from there as well as restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious meal. Keri village with its marvelous sunset and Keri Lake are 5 kilometers away by car. Also, the house is right next to the road that leads to the northern part of the island and other worth visiting places such as Porto Limnionas, Korakonisi and Porto Sxiza known for its sunset.
