Consisting of a living area with double sofa bed and LED Smart TV, kitchen equipped with a dining table, induction hob, oven and refrigerator; there is also a breakfast corner with Nespresso coffee machine and kettle as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking.
Following the corridor with wardrobe is the double bedroom furnished by a designer, with a large wardrobe. The private terrace is equipped with an outdoor table with four chairs. The terrace is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room, and you can enjoy a beautiful view.

The entire apartment benefits from the latest air conditioning technology, with controls in every room managed by touch screen devices already previously set by us. The bathroom consists of a large glass shower, sink, toilet and bidet as well as a washing machine. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, two rolls of toilet paper and towels of two sizes for each person as well as a bar of soap.
