This unit is one of the fabulous 15 apartments located in a newly developed building on Motilor Street, only 3 minutes away from the central park. All units have a free underground parking spot and a balcony.
This particular apartment faces the inner courtyard of the building, so no need to worry about noise coming from the main boulevard.
The space consists of a bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, a spacious living room with a sofa-bed (size 140cm x 200cm - for one guest), an open kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom and a balcony.
Free Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, air conditioning, complimentary coffee and tea are just a few of the amenities you will find in the apartment to make you feel right at home.
We provide fresh towels for each guest.
If you come by car, you will have one private parking spot at the property.
VERY IMPORTANT! In order to access the underground parking, you will have to use a car lift. The car lift sizes are: height - 2.0m; width: 2.4m; depth (car length): 5.4m. The maximum load of the lift must not exceed 3000kg.

For safety reasons, our apartment is not suitable for CHILDREN. We have heavy furniture such as dressers, bookshelves, and TVs that may not be wall-mounted, and outlets without covers that may pose a risk to young ones. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children to our apartment.
We will provide you with WELCOME PRODUCTS for your arrival (hand soap, toilet paper, one 12ml shower gel per person etc.). The products at your disposal are there to allow you to arrive in complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. It will depend on the length of your stay and your personal consumption.
