The area is very well served by public transport, making it easy to reach all parts of the city, including museums, theatres, parks, historic squares, and the main tourist attractions. The apartment is ideal for single travellers or couples visiting for leisure or business, thanks to its quiet atmosphere and proximity to the city centre. It is also a very convenient solution for guests needing to reach the Humanitas Hospital (formerly Gradenigo), located just a short distance away.

Car parking: Via Artisti is outside the ZTL (restricted traffic zone) but within the paid-parking area (€1.70/h from 8:00 to 19:30, except on Sundays). Pay attention to the side of the street near the entrance: the double yellow and blue line indicates that after 19:30 parking spaces are reserved for residents. The recommended option is the covered GTT Fontanesi car park, next to the Humanitas Hospital (formerly Gradenigo) on Corso Regina Margherita, with access from Via Fontanesi, where daily passes can also be purchased.
Nearby: The bus stops to reach the hospitals Molinette, Gradenigo and Mauriziano are easily reachable on foot (from 150 to 250 meters).
