The outdoor space is perfect for gatherings — soak up the sun on the loungers, fire up the BBQ, dine al fresco, or relax in the sunken seating area while watching the sunset paint the sky all year long.

Inside, the villa is spread across two floors with a layout crafted for both privacy and connection:

• Upper Floor: Two master bedrooms — one with a king-size bed, the other with twin beds — each with its own balcony offering panoramic lagoon and mountain views. Ideal for morning coffee or a quiet sunset moment.
• Ground Floor: A third master bedroom with a king-size bed and TV, a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest restroom. A nanny’s en-suite room with a single bed is also available for your convenience.

Adding a distinctive artistic touch, every room is adorned with original paintings by Maram Edrees (@m.edrees_studio), an acclaimed artist based in Midland, Michigan — transforming the villa into a living art gallery.
